I don't have a major credit card, only a debit/check card. Can I still rent?

You may still rent a vehicle with Carl's. However, you will need to demonstrate proof of Full Coverage insurance on your own personal vehicle. You will also be required to pay for the full cost of the rental PLUS an additional $500 deposit. The deposit will be refunded to your debit card upon return and typically takes 3-5 business days to reflect back in your account. It is up to your personal bank as to how long they hold the funds.
